A winning screenplay could be a marketable screenplay

Our scripts have won hundreds of awards at many of the prestigious film festivals, including Cannes. The Trifecta of prestigious film festivals is: Cannes, Berlin, and Venice. Learn about film festivals here: Wikipedia contributors. Film festival. Wikipedia, The Free Encyclopedia. July 15, 2019, 19:41 UTC. One way to select a film festival for a script submission is to review multiple lists. The festival would be best if it's on somebody's list of the top 100, 50, 25 or 10. Here's IMDb's list: IMDb, Festival Central. Available at: https://www.imdb.com/festival-central/?ref_=nv_sr_1?ref_=nv_sr_1. Accessed July 22, 2019.

Then we have top 100 lists: FilmFreeway, Top 100. Available at: https://filmfreeway.com/festivals/curated/top-100-best-reviewed-festivals. Accessed July 22, 2019.

Studiobinder offers 21 from the US and International. Studiobinder, Herman Wilkins February 10, 2019, The Top Film Festivals Worth the Entry Fee in 2019. Available at: https://www.studiobinder.com/blog/top-film-festivals/. Accessed July 22, 2019.

To find other lists, enter a Web search for "best film festival list". Many film festivals have added a screenplay section. Some are geared only for screenplay competition, with screenplay as part of their title. A good way to find them is to enter "best screenwriting contests to enter in yyyy", where yyyy is 2019, etc. You get results like: Best Screenwriting Contests to Enter in 2019 - MovieBytes or The best screenwriting competitions to enter in 2018 - Film Daily.

P.S. We'll be screening Once Upon a Time ... in Hollywood this Friday. Can't wait. It's only rated 9.5 on IMDb by 8000+ people as of 7/22/2019, and 92% on Rotten Tomatoes.
